Nothing external ships without approval.

Every outward action — a sent email, a posted reply, a published draft — lands in an approval queue first. The assistant does the work; you keep the send button.

Draft by default. External actions never auto-send. They queue as drafts with the full context that produced them.

Grounded & cited. Answers trace to corporate or project knowledge — every claim to a source, so a reviewer can check it in one click.

Per-agent grants. Each assistant operates inside its own scope and permissions; the same governance applies on every surface.
